We love our life in Chicago, but we love adventure more. We are Mike & MJ, and we are choosing Time over Money.
After a cancer scare brought our mortality crashing in, we realized we didn't want to wait until 65 to see the world. We decided to stop waiting for "someday" and start running toward a bigger life now.
We are documenting our pivot from city professionals to full-time explorers. We are "Building in Public"—sharing the real numbers, logistics, and emotions as we scout the world for a new home base. We are looking for high-adventure living on a Gen X budget.
