I share knowledge, experiences and resources from eastern and western schools of thought, combining psychology, psychotherapy and philosophy, in order to help others over come challenges they have with their mind.
I am a UK registered/accredited Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist, trained in:
Integrative Psychotherapy
Hypnotherapy
EMDR
Past Life Regression.
From 15 years old I began to study the Vedic Philosophy and practice Yoga from the Bhakti tradition.
