Welcome to our Homestead in the Ozark Mountains of Arkansas. We are a family of 3 that enjoys spending time outdoors growing and raising our own food.
We are currently raising Shetland Sheep, Dairy Goats, Heritage Breed Turkeys, Meat/Broiler Chickens, an assortment of egg laying chickens and a few ducks here on our farm.
We also love to hunt and fish whenever we get the chance!
Gardening and learning to live seasonally are vital to our self sufficient lifestyle. We love to preserve the harvest through canning and fermenting what we grow.
Cooking from scratch is our passion! We use real, whole foods to prepare tasty dishes and love to share our recipes with you.
We attempt to source any foods that we are not growing on our homestead from reputable suppliers and will share those “grocery” hauls with you as well.
We live a frugal lifestyle with an emphasis on staying out of debt.
