We’re Vivian & James—partners in marriage (since 2008), parenting, and flipping ugly duckling houses into dazzling swans. Back in 2018, we set out to ditch the corporate hamster wheel and dove headfirst into real estate. Think of us as Austin’s makeover artists for homes that most people wouldn’t touch with a ten-foot pole. We’ve seen it all—moldy walls, mystery smells, critters that definitely didn’t pay rent—and yes, we carried masks in our cars way before the pandemic made it trendy.

By 2019, James waved goodbye to his 9-to-5, and in 2021, Vivian joined the freedom train—goodbye bosses, hello flexible schedules, kid-raising, and chasing joy. We’re best friends, business partners, and parents on a mission to give our son and daughter the best of us.
