Hi Everyone! Welcome to My Channel!
IT'S DR. JANICE GASSAM ASARE aka "J-Nice on the Mic"
I started this channel in 2011 to discuss topics I felt strongly about and that many people weren't discussing at the time.
In the past, this channel focused mainly on Black identity, race and social justice issues that were happening in the U.S. and around the world. Now, as a Ph.D.-trained organizational psychologist, I have expanded this channel to also include discussions about issues that impact our workplaces.
My hope with this channel has always been a space to facilitate important conversations that can be the catalyst to individual and societal change.
