This channel started in 2007 with a few videos teaching basic massage techniques but within a short time it became one of the largest natural medicine channels covering advanced osteopathic techniques, herbal medicine, Chinese medicine and nutrition for the professional, it also includes advice on natural health and self help and breathing exercises like pranayama and Qigong. Carlo De Paoli D.O, the founder, is an Italian national living in London. At a very young age he lived in India for 8 years learning Yoga and bodywork. On his return to Europe first in Rome and then in London he went on to study for over 20 years osteopathy, Chinese medicine, herbal medicine and nutrition. He also taught and founded various colleges of bodywork and herbal medicine. He is also the author of various books and videos. At heart, though, he is happy to define himself as an 'old hippie' sharing his knowledge and life experience.
