Earth still primitive not allowed in Space

A channel for those of us who are what one might call, an old soul. We have lived before in different times and dimensions and planets with a mission to bring hope and wisdom and encouragement to those worlds we feel are worth saving. Problem is our technology as advanced as one might say, is limited to traveling through the space time continuum and keeping intact our energy form that we are when we are out of a carbon body. We have to travel as a floating star lost in space until the Universe has a opening of a spark of newborn life. Then we can be transformed and transported in a flash of an instant of a millisecond and become the born life. Our memories are not able to be kept intact. Although the essence of our memories remains. These essences of memories do not come back to us until later on in one's life. Some may never regain them at all on some journeys. Others have fully regained all the past journeys of their travels and some in bits and pieces. Are you one of us?
