Institute of Classical Osteopathy Channel Description Snapshot
Channel Description
This Channel of The Institute of Classical Osteopathy (ICO) is an open window to all those interested in Osteopathy and specifically about Classical Osteopathy.
We want to inform about the Philosophy, the development of the osteopathic concepts formulated by Andrew Taylor Still and further developed by John Martin Littlejohn.
We run postgraduate teaching and we want students that first came to Osteopathy because this was a profession different to others and nowadays they feel disappointed with the direction of Osteopathy.
We want those Osteopaths gain a deeper understanding of the anatomical and physiological relationship of body mechanics to health and disease and how that knowledge may be applied clinically to enable a precise diagnosis and safe treatment.
Provide mentored postgraduate training in classical osteopathy in the UK and throughout the world.
