Teal Penguin is a progressive roots rock band led by singer/songwriter/lead guitarist and vocalist, Balu. A group of passionate musicians with a vision to create a sustainable planet for generations to come; with hopes for social justice, peaceful conflict resolution, and equality. Teal Penguin recently recorded their album, "Davos Man", at the iconic Sunset Sound Studios in Hollywood, California. Teal Penguin draws inspiration from and pays homage to the many greats of progressive and roots rock who came before us - we truly stand on the shoulders of giants! Sonically rich, and artfully performed/recorded by a world-class team, it is our hope that our music will touch your soul, and be the soundtrack for your actions to create a better Earth for all.
