As a former elementary school teacher for many years, I mastered and taught the standard "D’Nealian" style of cursive to my students. D’Nealian is the most commonly taught cursive writing style in the US, to those who’re first learning. I also run CursiveLetters.com which is a website I built to further reach and educate people on how to master cursive.
