Journeying with doubting Christians toward faith in Christ.
Most Christians doubt their faith at some point. In 2010, I was seriously doubting. I was confused, and scared, and church wasn't a safe place to express my doubts. In fact, I felt misunderstood by over-simplified answers to doubt: "Pray. Read this verse. Just have faith. Are you better yet?"
I needed to go on an honest, nuanced, patient, journey to address my doubts. I was terrified, but saw no other way forward. After a multiple-year, multi-faceted pilgrimage through spiritual wilderness, my journey lead me back to Jesus... but I was different! My spiritual pilgrimage had change me and deepened my faith in Christ.
If I'm being honest, I still have doubts sometimes... Having faith is complex, but I'm just not scared like I used to be. This channel is an honest, but hopeful place where we can journey toward faith in Christ together. We do not have to travel alone.
