I share bits of my life with you, focusing on women’s health, an area I’ve worked on most of my adult life.
My mission is to empower women to use nutrition, lifestyle, and faith to feel great in their female bodies and to work with their unique physiology, in order to fulfill their life purposes.
I am currently a housewife and our family consists of my husband and I and our two children who are 13 and 18 years old. We live in a quiet beach town on the coast of the Atlantic called Lewes, Delaware (US).
My videos reflect my daily life: cooking, gardening, taking care of the family and our home, traveling, self-care, and my faith in God. I hope they bring a sense of calm, peace, and happiness to you - as well as give you practical tips for your health and life journey. I look to wisdom in Proverbs 31:10-31 as a guide for my life as a woman; it’s a tough but worthy calling.
