Certified Chef and Personal Chef, Yoga Instructor and coach certified in Plant Based Nutrition. This is a place for exploration, leading us to embrace the Eco (everything from pants to animals) of this planet and no longer live in the Ego (us as individuals being self serving alone). Doing this through food mainly, I believe a clear body leads to a clear mind and higher vibrations. Eating delicious plant based food through all phases in this life, traveling, round table conversations, baby rearing/gentle parenting and racism, inter-sectional work, more! All of this to bring us back to a state of Collective Consciousness.
