Lizz Vega believes in the power of self-expression and the freedom it brings. Once disconnected from music and her emotions, she saw vulnerability as weakness and strength as silence. But through music, she found her voice realizing that expression is not a burden, but a right. The harp, her chosen instrument, became a sacred tool a way to communicate with higher power and translate emotion into healing sound. Her mission is to remind others that believing in yourself begins with allowing yourself to feel. Through her art, Lizz creates space for authenticity, reminding us that freedom comes in many forms music, dance, love and that we all have the right to become who we truly are.
