Andrea Ciavatta

Andrea Ciavatta was born in Rimini, Italy on the 1st of Dicember 1967. He founded his own film production company in RSM, a company that bears his name.After a few video clips to publicize his father’s still fervent ideas in the fashion field, he decided, together with Leo Barbato, to produce, direct and act in a feature film without any skills. Synapsy is a totally improvised, artisanal film, made for fun and without a script that was distributed by Amazon Prime. The pandemic put Andrea’s new course on hold. It was a forced break that allowed him to concentrate on this new phase of life and he finally felt he had found his way. After Synapsy, he decided to write, produce and direct a short film called, Between Dreams and Reality. This project has been translated to be distributed by Apple TV in South America and the United States. Today Imprinting is ready. It’s a partly autobiographical film, where Andrea fulfills his old dream of mixing music and cinema into one project.
