I'm Kap! Top Producing Loan Officer Player Coach for 2 decades. I have been married for 20 years, have 2 beautiful girls, love the outdoors, automobiles, hunting and fishing, and travel. I live 30 minutes outside Nashville where we recently built our dream farmhouse on 20 acres. I enjoy learning, growing and helping others do the same.
I am a Modern Mortgage Leader who is focused on launching a division that will consist of 5 states, 25 loan officers in each state, and a goal of $2.5 Billion per year in closed volume. I also currently lead and moderate one of the largest social media communities, Content Creator University, that educates and shares innovative ideas for the Modern Loan officer. I am also Loan Officer who personally aims to close $100 million per year and who is actively Coaching loan officers inside my division to do the same.
