After going through a painful divorce, I realized it was not just about picking him apart it was about working on myself so I could move on and get what I deserved.
Most people get stuck in the "why did they do this?" phase, obsessing over their ex. Clarity is necessary, but so is working on yourself and not just the surface-level fluffy stuff.
I am talking about going deep to reprogram who you’ve always been (the unhealthy giver, the codependent, the wounded anxious person).
