My experience spans over 25 years, transitioning from classic smokers like the bullet-style and Silver Smoker, to the more advanced Bradley Smoker. Today, I take pride in my XL Big Green Egg and the recent addition, the Traeger Ironwood 855, to my backyard arsenal. And for those outdoor adventures? I've got the compact Acorn smoker ready to go.
