Hey how ya doin? I'm Karen and my buddy Jackie welcome you to our YouTube Channel. We call ourselves the Carnivore Twins because we both started a Carnivore lifestyle in December 2019. We are close in age and both have lost approximately the same amount of weight the last few years since we abandoned the Standard American Diet. We began with Low Carb (Karen) and NSNG No Sugar No Grain (Jackie) before we found the Carnivore way of eating. We met through Carnivore friend Kelly Hogan and since then, we have had so much fun together even though we live far apart! We'd love to MEAT you and have you join in our fun!
