AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) is the world's largest HIV/AIDS healthcare organization with services in 45 countries around the globe. We provide cutting-edge medicine and advocacy regardless of ability to pay and currently have more than 1.8 million lives in care.
In addition to providing HIV/AIDS testing and treatment at our 926 healthcare centers worldwide, we operate 62 AHF Pharmacies, 22 Out of the Closet thrift stores, and 48 Wellness Centers offering sexually transmitted infection (STI) testing and treatment.
And because housing is a key social determinant of health, in 2017, we started buying and renovating old buildings to create -- through adaptive reuse -- more than 2,750 affordable housing units in 6 states.
