Hassan Gabr - حسن جبر

Hassan Gabr is the figure at the forefront of Egypt’s CrossFit culture, and the epitome of what it means to be driven, determined, and passionate. Currently coaching CrossFit at BeFit in Cairo, he also holds the title of Egypt’s Fittest Man for 35+, as won in 2016 during Egypt’s largest annual fitness championship El-Fit. Now at age 36, he’s proven there are no barriers or shortcomings that cannot be smashed, and his achievements inspire generations.

Alongside an MBA from Webster University in Geneva, Gabr holds a number of international certifications, including Levels 1 and 2 CrossFit certifications for professional coaching from the USA and UAE. While he’s the CEO of a successful business in the mornings, Gabr dedicates his days to coaching at BeFit, where he pursues his dream of lifting others and helping them recognise their full potential as athletes, including current and future Olympians.
