Ali Amiri Channel Description Snapshot
Channel Description
I am a physicist. I have discovered a new computer technology that has revolutionary medical applications. A group of professors at the University of Alabama stole my notebooks and the prototypes of this technology. In 2018, I filed a federal lawsuit. After intensive litigation, in February 2019, the University of Alabama admitted to the theft. Then they returned the stolen notebooks and offered a settlement. But the wrongdoers took another series of actions, gained more power, and prevented the University from settling.
In the past few years, many senior professors in leadership positions had to leave the University, and the Center for Materials for Information Technology (MINT) was closed. The article below provides more details on this matter.
