Veenavadini (Ballapadavu Swargeeya Narayana Upadhyaya Samsmarana(BSNUS) Sangeetha Prathishtanam) is a trust which was established with the aim of popularizing pure Carnatic Classical Music. This was inaugurated by the eminent Mridanga Vidwan Late Mavelikkara Velukutty Nair, retired Professor, Sri Swathi Thirunal Music College Thiruvananthapuram on 30-10-1999,on the occasion of the birth centenary of Late Ballapadavu Narayana Upadhyaya.
