Welcome to "The Fat Chef" Channel , I am Chef Vijaykumar Manikandan began in over fifteen years back. Worked in various restaurants like Radission GRT hotel, Toscano Restaurant in Bangalore, Michelin star Subsequently. From the Middle East to the USA, I Have travelled to Washington DC to work and it was there I got skilled at preparing for high profile events. I became the Cuisinere at Vineet Bhatia’s Rasoi, Geneva. For the past few years, I have been the Area Development Chef in Qatar's famous Restaurant.
I have a singular desire – to bring my experience of 5 vastly different countries in 3 continents to new F&B entrepreneurs.Welcome to " The Fat Chef " Channel !! From Pizza to Pongal let us explore and cook all kind of Food recipes!
