Channel Description
On this YouTube channel, you find a diverse collection of knowledge clips on international law. You can watch all of them for free! In each of these clips, a short introduction to a particular tenet of international law is provided, such as: the nature and structure of international law, the sources and subjects of international law, jurisdiction and immunity, international economic law, international environmental law, the use of force in international law, law of the sea, international water law. We also introduce the most important (inter)national case law. We offer a clip, e.g., on the North Sea Continental Shelf cases between Germany/Netherlands and Denmark before the International Court of Justice (ICJ), and the case relating to Military and Paramilitary Activities in and against Nicaragua (Nicaragua v.
