Justice Is A Process honors Steven M. Askin, a criminal defense attorney who spent 23 years holding prosecutors and courts accountable for constitutional violations. When he refused to testify as a witness in a federal trial after investigators violated his Fourth Amendment rights the system destroyed him. He was sent to prison and disbarred. He rebuilt from coffee shops, teaching people the law for free. The establishment opposed his reinstatement, fearing he would "disrupt the legal system." He fought until February 2024, starting this channel with his son. This channel continues his mission. We watch trials and hold the system accountable. We expose where due process is honored or violated. We teach how burden of proof works, when rights are protected or trampled, whether presumption of innocence is respected. Justice isn't about guilt or innocence rather it's about fair process. That's what my father believed. That's what we protect.
