Jeff spent 11 yrs in the navy as a Navy SEAL. While on active duty, he also worked in NSW as the Department Head for the Human Performance Department. Jeff oversaw product development, product and product assessment, and operator delegate within Special Operations Command (SOCOM) for Human Performance.
Jeff owns Performance First, specializing in optimizing human performance for the special forces branches of the military, fire, police, and federal agencies.
