Channel Description
Greater Cincinnati Tamil Sangam (GCTS) , a 501(c)(3) charity was formed on June 18th 2005 by a Group of Tamil speaking people living in Greater Cincinnati area. The objective of the Sangam is to serve the Tamil speaking community in the Cincinnati area.
Our goal is to bring the area Tamilians together and create opportunities for entertainment and growth. We need your support and cooperation to keep our spirits alive! We are a 100% volunteer-run – not for profit organization.
GCTS organizes multiple events along with summertime Picnic every year. Actively involved in local community events and supports an orphanage in the Indian state of TamilNadu.
Additionally GCTS runs a weekly school for kids teaching Tamil. More information about the school is available on our web site. We are excited about the support we receive and enthusiasm our children show in learning our language.
