Channel Description
My channel’s goal is to provide videos that help create, develop and mentor all leaders throughout the world. I go in detail on creating a MINDSET, how to have a IMPACT inside and outside your unit, and DEVELOPING yourself and your Soldiers into the future of the United States Army.
Reason I started the page was create knowledge and content to groom leaders where the Army fails. It has failed to groom leaders AFTER you become a NCO. It stops grooming you after you achieve that rank, NCOPD is 1 hour a month but we go to the Motorpool for 12 hrs a month, its time to change that. Developing Leaders should never stop!
Follow along as grind thru the rest of my career as an Active Duty U.S. Army Sergeant First Class, and move on thru the ranks of the military.
