We’re Phil, Kayleigh, Alex, and Ember — a family of four trading comfort for courage as we build a new life from the ground up in Southern Bulgaria.
After leaving England with no savings and big dreams, we're slowly restoring an abandoned vineyard and transforming it into a self-sufficient off-grid homestead. We're doing it all ourselves — on a tiny budget, with two young children in tow, and a lot of heart.
