Sambhota Tibetan Schools Society

Sambhota Tibetan Schools Society, (STSS) Dharamsala now is the largest Tibetan educational institution in-exile. Sambhota now manages 68 (including all Pre-Primary)Tibetan refugee schools across India. It caters educational facilities to the children of Tibetans who have settled in remote and far flung refugee settlements designated for Tibetans in India. Some of the remote settlements in Arunachal Pradesh do not have schools for their children. For those children, Sambhota comes in to provide education. We realize that our commitments to preserve our culture and identity can only be achieved by educating our younger generations.
