Welcome to my channel.
In this channel I'll provide you with videos from my private flying trips with friends an family. Although I focus on the pilots duties and general procedures of VFR and IFR flying, this channel shall not be considered to be educational in the fashion of flight instruction (for this, please contact your local flight school).
I am an aerospace engineer who fell in love with aviation. I am German, but I got my PPL in the USA in 2013 and continued with an instrument rating. In 2014 I converted both the PPL and the IR into an EASA (European) license. I did a lot of east and west coast flying in the US and I'm always happy to return. Since I'm living im Germany, I'm familiar with flying to other European countries as well. There are many aviation related channels on youtube, so I'd like to focus on comparison of the US and the European ways of flying and how to get along with the differences.
