Our Charity helps people in the police service to be healthier, fitter, more resilient and recover from mental and physical injury. Every year we successfully treat over 3,500 police officers. Our team of highly skilled physiotherapists, mental health practitioners and registered nurses, make it their mission to enable serving officers to get back to full duties.
Our YouTube channel includes promotional content, plus exercise references for past and present patients of Flint House. We will also aim to add educational videos on a variety of topics including, lower back pain, knee pain, treatment options for sports injuries, how to improve shoulder strength and range of motion and general advice on a variety of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries.
