Higher Ground Athletics builds state of the art endurance athletes in Boulder, CO, USA, or anywhere else.
My name is Keith. I aim to be a problem solver. Much of that work happens in a gym, helping athletes to prepare for the mechanical demands of their sport in a manner that matches the commitment, detail, and forethought that bring to their sport specific training.
I work for athletes that have a lot at stake, as well as those that want to use covering ground to explore their environment and their relationship with themselves.
Higher Ground Athletics is an idea that I can’t escape; That training for endurance sport has yet to fully arrive at a holistic understanding that will result in the shortest, straightest path to an athlete’s potential. My work is the pursuit of that idea.
