Channel Description
Founded by the William Pu, Amy Chang, and Wei Lin, the Atlanta Festival Academy (AFA) is the first international music summer festival in Atlanta. It has brought together prestigious international institutions and world-class musicians from around the globe to serve as a platform for culture exchange and classical music education.
As a sister academy of the Harpa International Music Academy in Iceland, AFA enjoys the support of the Menuhin Competition in the UK and the Lin Yao-Ji Music Foundation in Hong Kong, China. In the past, AFA has invited world renowned music educators from around the United States, China, Iceland, Singapore, Taiwan, Uruguay, and the United Kingdom, and has provided a world class concert venue and intensive musical training to promote young and rising international classical music stars.
