My name is Dr. JayR McIntyre, also known as @thahoodmotiv8tor, I am a proud United States Army combat veteran with three combat tours and a Bronze Star award, And a Phi Beta Sigma Man. I hold a master’s degree in business and a Project Management Certification and am currently pursuing my doctorate in Global Business, focusing on how political and economic forces shape global business strategies.
Outside of academics, I am a motivational speaker dedicated to inspiring kids, women, and veterans by sharing my story of overcoming adversity. After losing my mother to AIDS in 1994 and witnessing her battle with addiction, I developed a deep sense of resilience and purpose. My goal is to become the highest-paid motivational speaker in the world, and I’m honored to have recently been ranked #44 on the "Top 100 Speakers to Watch" list on LinkedIn.
