I am a triple board-certified MD, specializing in internal, lifestyle, and obesity medicine. I started my journey from a very modest background of a remote Indian village and then had opportunities to get medical training & practice medicine in India, United Kingdom, and USA.
My curious deep dive into medical literature, and experiences from working with thousands of patients over 19 years have helped me realize without any doubt, that our DNA is not our destiny. Our food has power over our genetics. Our lifestyle is way more powerful than fate, drugs & surgeries. And from that healing place I bring to you this knowledge which, I hope will heal you & your loved ones.
My approach to medicine is deeply rooted in the understanding that the body is a complex system of interrelated parts, and that disease and illnesses are often the result of imbalances in this system. As a result, I focus on treating the root cause of the illness rather than just the symptoms of a particular condition.
