Back in 2004, I launched my own small pastry shop in Nara, Japan's historic palace city. Fast-forward to March 2019, and I transitioned my business to a social welfare corporation dedicated to local community development. (Don't worry—I'm still involved as a consultant!)
I'm excited to dedicate more time to creating delicious recipes and sharing them with my wonderful YouTube community.
