The AEGIS Alliance is an organization of the United States and Canada acting as allies. The United States is our base of operations and we have Allied AEGIS divisions in Africa and Canada, along with Allies and Affiliates in the United Kingdom and Europe.

Our organization was founded in 2014 and Kyle James Lee is the Majority Owner. It was Mr. Lee who came up with the acronym for AEGIS that we use as our "Doing Business As" (DBA) name.
