Welcome to P&L — a place for friends, swap stories, and cook a little while we’re at it.
This isn’t a step-by-step cooking show. It’s backyard storytelling. Some stories will make you laugh, others might hit a little deeper — but they all remind us where we came from.
I film these from my patio in Southwest Louisiana, usually in one take, like we’re just sitting together talking. That’s by design — because you’re right here with me.
Food is part of it, but it’s not the point. It’s less about recipes and more about remembering, connecting, and keeping old stories alive.
