Hi. If you've landed here, you may have noticed I haven't posted a video in a while.
This channel "blew up" so to speak from 2016-2018. Within those two years, I shared my journey of competing in 5 fitness competitions--everything from the food I ate to the way I trained, to the anxiety and struggles I faced along the way.
Once I finished competing, I found new avenues to learn, grow, and become an even more whole version of myself by learning about business, social media, and personal development.
From 2018 and beyond, I've now fully transitioned into that world. If you're here, I'd love to have you join me on Instagram @amandabucci, or on my Podcast -- Bucci Radio.
