Cooking Polish dishes can be challenging, especially in the beginning. My name is Natasha and I grew up in Poland, where I learned how to cook under my grandmother’s watchful eye. After college, I moved to the U.S. and quickly discovered there were many people out here who have Polish roots but no idea how to cook the dishes they grew up with.
