👋 Hi there! I'm Lizzie, a middle-aged autistic ADHD-er and this is a space where I share my thoughts and experiences around my diagnoses (often with a focus on how neurodivergence intersects with perimenopause and chronic illness) and to connect with others who are, or suspect they may be autistic or AuDHD.
I want this space to be welcoming to all so respectful conversation only please. Anything other will be removed. Self-identification/self-realisation is valid. ✌
