I’m Loren, a holistic nutritionist living in the midwestern United States. My channel is centered on slow living, early mornings, and a healthy, holistic life. Tune in for cooking, gardening, reading, embroidering, cats, flowers, and home! I release two vlogs per week: a weekday vlog out every Sunday at 11am CT, and a weekend vlog out every Wednesday at 5pm CT. I hope you’ll grab a cup of coffee and stay with me a while!
