Yo! I'm Phillip Thai 🥷 Professional real estate investor, business entrepreneur, and a black belt in Jiu Jitsu.
Started real estate investing in 2017 and since then I've done over 60+ fix and flips, 80 wholesale, and 30+ lending transactions. I currently manage 13 units (STR/MTR/LTR) single-family homes, 1 commercial property, and an LP in a 41-unit property in Buxton, NC. I acquired 2 landscaping businesses in Buford, GA, zero down. My current focuses are fix n flips, short-term lending, new development, buying commercial properties, and businesses.
My YouTube channel was created to provide insight into my life on how I do things in real estate, business, and Jiu Jitsu. I'm on a mission to provide as much value to ANYONE and EVERYONE who wants to learn in the areas that I'm in.
