WELCOME TO OUR IRISH FARMHOUSE DIY RESTORATION!
We are Dawn & Ben, and in April 2023, we started our massive Old House Renovation journey! We quit the UK and moved to Ireland, to tackle the full, no experience, DIY restoration of our 100-year-old derelict stone farmhouse and 200-year-old outbuildings.

Tiny Budget Reality Check: This is a genuine tiny budget renovation. We spent our life savings on the purchase; we rebuild only as cash comes in. Proving major DIY projects can be done by ordinary people on a normal budget.
Off-Grid Living: We STILL harvest rainwater for all water needs.
Homesteading & Simplicity: We are chasing a simpler, self-sufficient life, transforming just under an acre into a productive Irish Homestead.
