I started my journey with the intent to simply show the world how we grow nutrient dense food. After adopting the concepts espoused by The Back to Eden Method it wasn't long before we were looking for more answers. At each new turn another challenge needed to be faced head on and overcome. Initially it was difficult moving the needle of fertility. Some of the best enhancements came as I began my journey into the realm of microscopy. Now, many years later, we have learned how to assess soil and plant health, as well as microbiological participation in the soils. We've become experts at using some very simple and inexpensive at home analysis tools that anyone can acquire. Be it a search for soil functional microbiology, sugars in a leaf, or pH- we now know how to apply these skills in a beneficial way.
