We’re a global family of people who love everything about Kung Fu & Qigong: the art, culture, history, philosophy and community. We are not interested in beating people up - we do Kung Fu to master ourselves, live better lives and give back to our communities. Thanks to Kung Fu we walk tall, feel powerful and look the world in the eye.
We want our arts to be accessible to everyone - not just to a handful of elite athletes: we want to draw you in and make you feel a part of our family. We are spreading fast so you will find our members everywhere - a great way of making new and interesting friends.
Our teachers are real personalities who are fun to train with. We have a growing number of venues globally including our flagship Retreat in Thailand, plus online training accessible from anywhere.
When not doing Kung Fu we like to drink Chinese tea and have a good life. We constantly strive to sharpen our minds so we thrive as innovators, creators, entrepeneurs, leaders and professionals.
