Channel Description
Quality movement is important to rehabbing an injury and developing peak performance. It is not only what exercises you do, but how you do them. Practice does not make perfect. Perfect practice makes perfect. Our channel is devoted to simple, foundational exercise instruction. Our goal is to move from rehab to high performance. High quality HD video, no ads. Since youtube changed it's policy to not allow us to shut off ads, we currently have no choice. If we reach 1000 subscribers and other criteria for monetization, we will, ironically, be able to shut off ads again.
