Actually, a group of people could long-term share anything with the community that needs full power to operate which is no different from people who perform tasks for very long hours and not starve. Khmer GIS Academy has no hesitation to share the knowledge with GIS learners in both of our students or else. We charge the service fee to those who want to register for any of our courses.
